The Red Bag
Firstly, let’s talk this bag! It is my newest addition and she is beautiful! She’s a couple of months old, and has been in quarantine with the rest of us. I chose red since it’s such a signature shade and it’s a great little pop for such a cute little bag. I usually make handbag choices for very specific reasons, and I gravitate towards crossbodys since they allow me to be handsfree, but this one takes the cake since you can easily put the chain inside and carry it as a clutch.
Black Rhinestone Sunglasses
Okay, so you know my dilemma when it comes to fancy sunglasses. I just can’t with them, I will ruin them at the first opportunity. So I love Amazon for sunnies! Amazon always gets it right, and when they are for under $20 they are a total yes!! These are $16 and come in gold and multi colored rhinestones as well!
Black Tee Dress
This dress ya’ll! $9 FREAKING dollars!! Very high cotton count! Cheap and breathability! Just grab it. I was lucky enough to get it in my size in black and I keep checking back for a gray one. It is oversized, and I wear it at least once or twice a week. Great with sandals, sneakers or wedges!
Converse
These just never go out of style and I’ve had the same pair for 5 years now. I clean them and rotate them regularly. I do this with all my shoes so nothing gets too worn. This particular style is noteworthy, the “Shoreline” versus the regular “Allstars” fit differently. I feel rather clown like in the original shoe, while the Shoreline pair are shorter in the toe area, which looks smaller and a little more feminine. I make sure my kids always have a pair of Chucks!!
Wedges
The classic summer shoe. I always love Treasure & Bond styling, they do Boho Chic very well. These are the quintessential wedges in classic jute rope and neutral colors. I like to make sure I have a good pair of nude/tan wedges for spring and summer, they pair well with black and white clothing pieces.
We have cancelled our summer travel plans and even a summer resort stay here locally in Texas. Things are just bad right now in my part of Texas and I am currently in limbo about school. I know there will be some sort of school happening next month in August, but will the kids be in an actual classroom or learning remotely from home?
